1984; Bona Bista Island Estate offers you the possibility to become the proud owner of a beautiful piece of ownership land on Bonaire where you can build your dream home or vacation home according to your own design. In case you prefer us to build your home, you can choose a design from one of our four tropical models. On this website you can find a selection of prime building lots and homes models within an exclusive project on Bonaire, located centrally on the island in a natural and fertile hillside. The entire project is provided with asphalted roads, paved sidewalks, street illumination and each individual building lot is provided with its own water, electricity, TV, telephone and internet connection which all run underground. The project also counts over 90.000 sq. feet of communal areas, including a sports terrain and two playgrounds.
